Paramount Summer Classic Film Series presented by Capital Metro

Out of the Past

1947 | 97 min. | B&W | 35mm
Director: Jacques Tourneur
Cast: Robert Mitchum, Jane Greer, and Kirk Douglas

The image of Robert Mitchum on the poster of this film, lurking in the darkness with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth, has become the visual representation of everything film noir represents. Femme fatales and foreboding shadows abound in this story of a man who can’t seem to escape his past.

Doors: 8:20pm | Film: 8:50pm

Tickets: $12
Film Fan Admission: $8
FLIX-TIX: 10 admissions for $60 ($50 for Film Fans)

Double Feature: This film is a part of a Double Feature with The Night of the Hunter at 7:00. When two movies that are screening in the same theatre are grouped under the same thematic heading, one ticket is good for both features when viewed back-to-back on the same day (except as noted).
