Zac Efron finds himself cast in a unique new production of “Julius Caesar” helmed by an up-and-coming young director, who just happens to be Orson Welles. This unique take on a significant artistic moment features all the trappings of an intricately detailed period film, and Richard Linklater’s focus on strong characters and captivating performances remains ever-present.
