Luna return to Texas this December, to the Granada in Dallas and the Paramount Theatre in Austin. These are the band’s only U.S. shows in 2025. Luna is the erstwhile NYC quartet formed in 1991 by singer/guitarist Dean Wareham of Galaxie 500. Guitarist Sean Eden joined in 1992 and this quartet recorded seven studio albums including Penthouse (1995) which Rolling Stone calls “one of the essential recordings of the ‘90s.” After a ten-year break from 2005-2015, they reunited and continue to tour internationally. The band retains the same lineup since 1999: Dean Wareham on vocals/guitar, Britta Phillips on bass, Sean Eden on guitar, and Lee Wall on drums.
